Change Credit Card
Your privacy is our utmost priority and the good news is that we have made changing your card information for your Repeat Delivery nice and easy!
Log into your PetPost account and then, click on the 'My Account' icon, which is located on the top right of the web page next to the cart information
From the Account dashboard select 'Repeat Deliveries'.
Once on the Repeat Deliveries page, click on 'Edit Order'
On the next page, you can select 'Edit Payment' under the Payment Details box.
This will send an email to the email address on the account to update your payment details.
Important note: Please do not send us your card details by email or chat. All card information should be updated through your PetPost account which is encrypted for your security.
If you experience any issues whilst trying to update your card details please try using a different device or get in touch with our friendly Customer Experience Team.
