Your nominated credit card will be charged on the day that your Repeat Delivery order is processed.
Repeat Delivery orders were created with customer convenience in mind and we send you a handy email three days before your Repeat Delivery is scheduled. This gives you time to review and make any changes needed or simply remind you that your lovely pet has some goodies on the way!
What happens if my card payment declines?
If your card payment is unsuccessful we will reach out to let you know by email. We will also send a payment request the next day to minimise delays for your order.
Should you need to update your card details this can be done securely through our website. We take our responsibility for customer privacy very seriously and your card information is encrypted.
