Add to Repeat Delivery
Please ensure you are logged into your PetPost account.
From the Account dashboard select 'Repeat Delivery'.
This will bring up any active Repeat Deliveries.
Click on '+Add an extra item to Repeat Delivery'
A pop-up will appear on the right for you to search for the product you wish to add.
Type in the product you would like to add to your Repeat Delivery and click 'search'.
Now you can click 'Add Product' on the item you wish to add to your Repeat Delivery.
This will then proceed for you to select the requirements of the product.
Here you can select:
- Buy Once (and shipped with your next Repeat Delivery) OR
- Repeat Delivery (this will ship with your next Repeat Delivery and also add it permanently to a new Repeat Delivery based on your frequency) You will need to select the frequency in which you would like to receive this product.
- Size of product (if applicable)
- Deliver to (this will list the address/es on your Repeat Delivery)
- Select your quantity
Once this is all complete, you can 'Add to Order'.
The next screen will prompt you to check over your request and 'Confirm & Add Item'.
Important note - The new item will automatically be added to your next Repeat Delivery date, you can change this to a customer date by using the drop-down on the 'First Shipping Date'.
Once this has been completed, you will get a confirmation on screen.
