Add to Repeat Delivery
Please ensure you are logged into your PetPost account.
From the Account dashboard select 'Repeat Delivery'.
This will bring up any active Repeat Deliveries.
Click on 'Swap'.
A pop-up will appear on the right for you to search for the product you wish to swap to.
Type in the product you would like to swap on your Repeat Delivery and click 'search'.
Now you can click 'Swap item' on the item you wish to swap to on your Repeat Delivery.
This will then proceed for you to select the requirements of the product.
Here you can select:
- Size of product (if applicable)
- Select your quantity
Once this is all complete, you can 'Swap Item'.
The next screen will prompt you to check over your request and 'Confirm & Swap Item'.
Important note - The new item will automatically be added with the existing next order date and frequency you have your Repeat Delivery set to. To see how to edit frequencies and dates, check out How do I edit my Repeat Delivery?
Once this has been completed, you will get a confirmation on screen.
