Welcome to the PetPost family!

To sign up online, you must have an Australian phone number and email address. 

On the home page, click on the account tab

This will take you to the sign in/sign up page

Click on 'Sign up'

You will need to fill out your personal information.

Next, please tick that you agree to the T&C's and marketing 

 

Next, you must choose a password. 
Please see the password requirements below: 

Once this is all complete, click 'Continue'.

Once you’ve registered, we will send an activation link to your provided email address. 
Follow the prompts in that email to finalise your setup. 

To keep your data safe, our system uses adaptive authentication. 
This means that, depending on the security context (such as logging in from a new device or location), you may be asked to verify your identity using:

• Email confirmation
• SMS/Text codes
• Biometrics (e.g., FaceID or Fingerprint)
