Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking information.
Once you have received the order tracking email, click the 'Track Your Order' button on the email confirmation to track your order.
PetPost uses Australia Post to deliver all of your furry friends wet & dry foods, beds, cat litter, cat scratches, food & water bowls, toys, treats, flea, tick & worm treatments and grooming supplies.

Important note: After your order has been scanned by the courier service (Australia Post), it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your email inbox.
If your order is taking longer to get to you than the delivery estimate or has been marked delivered and you have not received the package, please contact our friendly Customer Experience Team.
