Standard delivery is FREE for orders over $69.00 when your order weighs less than 60kg. Delivery location must fall within a metropolitan or major regional area.

If your order does not meet these requirements, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post from one of our PetPost distribution centres located in VIC & NSW.  

We aim to have orders packed within 1-2 business days and orders are expected to be delivered in 2-5^ business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations may take up to 7^ business days
