COVID - Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
All PetPost orders are sent via Australia Post’s standard shipping network.
We aim to have your orders packed within 2 business days, but ensuring we meet government COVID regulation and the impacted cause to the Australian Post delivery network your order might take a little longer to arrive
Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5– 10 days business days on top of the expected delivery time.
