Shipping Cost:
Orders under $35 - Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Orders over $35 - Free Shipping (Major Metropolitan Regions only - should your delivery location fall outside of a Major Metropolitan Region, then your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout).
Free Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout upon reaching a value of $35 or more on eligible products that are collectively under 45kg in weight after all other discounts are applied.
Standard shipping is via Australia Post from our PetPost dispatch locations: VIC, NSW & QLD.
Your order will be dispatched where stock is available.
We aim to have orders packed within 1-2 business days and orders are expected to be delivered in 2-5^ business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations may take up to 7^ business days.
